Model Application Form Guidelines

Book Management considers the safety and wellbeing of aspiring models a top priority. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, transparency, and authenticity and believe it is important to advise models about unscrupulous people who prey on their ambitions. Submitting your application is the first step in our review process. Please follow the guidelines on the online application and provide all the requested information. Submissions that do not meet our requirements and are incomplete may be not be reviewed. Below are some guidelines to help ensure your application is completed correctly.

If you are younger than 13 years of age, you may have your parent or legal guardian contact one of our offices to explore representation with us. If you are a minor between the ages of 13 and 18 you are welcome to apply online, however we ask that you please do so with your parent’s or legal guardian’s cooperation and consent.

As you complete your application, remember you’re trying to make an impression on someone who has never met you. The application form asks questions designed to help us get to know you better. It is very important you take your time and thoughtfully answer these questions to the best of your ability. Modeling is about more than beauty and these questions are important in helping us understand who you are – your personality, character, and interests.

Use this application platform to show us who you are and what you look like at your most natural. You don’t need any previous experience or a portfolio of expensive professional photos to apply however all submissions are reviewed on photographic potential. For your application to be successful it is very important you supply us with recent images of yourself. All we need are some recent digital snapshots or polaroid with clean hair, no make-up, and simple clothes. Please DO NOT wear sunglasses or hats in these pictures. We will also need to see a full-length image. These application photos do not need to be taken by a professional if they are in focus and we can see you well. 

Models must be height and weight proportionate to agency standards, healthy in appearance with clear skin and healthy hair.

Women: We consider female models that are at least 5’8″ to 6’0″, with reasonable exceptions. Min Age: 13+ 

Men: We consider male models with a minimum height of at least 5’11” to 6’3″. We look for healthy individuals who wear a jacket size of 36-42. Male models must be in shape but not oversized. Min Age: 13+

Once your application is submitted, and If we are interested in learning more about you, we will contact you within two weeks of your submission. Note that you will not hear from us immediately so please be patient while your application is reviewed. Please do not email or call our office to find out the status of your application. We will be in touch with you if we have an interest.

Please note: We do not have open call for model submissions. For All New Talent: We will be holding virtual appointments at this time for those we feel are a good fit for the agency. 

COVID-19: In an abundance of caution and amid the growing concerns around Coronavirus, we will be taking vigilant measures to ensure the health and safety of the public and our talent. This is an evolving situation, and we are monitoring it closely to ensure all proper precautions are being taken. If you are scheduled for any in-person meetings, we kindly ask that that you reschedule your appointment by at least 2 weeks if you meet any of the following criteria: Traveled abroad, been on an airplane within 7 days, showing any flu/cold-like symptoms, i.e., fever, sore throat, cough, trouble breathing.
